REFUNDS
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Returns or credits due to change of mind are not considered. Refunds are acceptable for considerable reason e.g. if the physical item is damaged within 14 days of the postage date.
RETURN/REFUND FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
Items are all individually packaged with utmost care and love. We use biodegradable packages to keep items safe and locked. It is very unlikely that the package to be damaged. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact me at info@theenvisionplanner.store. Refunds will be acceptable given the circumstances of the item.
POSTAGE & TRACKING
Given we are a smaller business, we ship all items within 24 hours which means the item of arrival is fast.
Postage is provided by Sendl, in pre-paid parcel post bags, inclusive of tracking.
If you have not received your order within 10-14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please email me at info@theenvisionplanner.store with your order number and we will investigate this for you.
